RETURNS AND REFUNDS

MicShaun’s Closet appreciates our customers, so in the unlikely event there is a problem we will always be happy to help.

Returns and Return Shipping
All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Items should be unopened and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To arrange for a return, send an email with your order number and reason for return to micshaunscloset@gmail.com. If your item or items are defective or is damaged, during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers will not be responsible for the return shipping for defective or damaged items.

Refunds
We'll process a full refund for your order within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your return including the Standard Shipping. Priority Shipping and Expedited shipping are not refundable.
