DURING THE FINAL ASSAULT BY GENERAL COS' SOLDADOS, MEXICAN ACCOUNTS MENTION A FORCED ENTRY INTO THE FORT THROUGH THE NORTHERN POSTERN, AS WELL AS THROUGH OTHER AREAS OF THE NORTHWEST WALL.
